Starting any construction project can be a daunting prospect, especially with little or no previous experience within the industry.
We understand that our clients don't want our time, nor do they want our expertise, they simply want their problems solved, through a reliable and consistent service.
Utilising a combination of internal and external knowledge and experience, ABTO's mission is to deliver constant value to our clients. We listen to your requirements before offering a bespoke package that ensures your project is completed to the highest of standards.
The following timeline is a typical project lifecycle for a domestic extension:
2017
Stage 1
After an initial consultation, we will visit site and run through your requirements, before compiling detailed planning drawings for your approval. Once you are happy with the designs, we submit your plans to the local authority on your behalf.
Stage 2
At this stage, we can recommend trusted builders who could transform your design into reality. If applicable, we can also serve Party Wall notices on your neighbours.
Stage 3
Once planning has been approved, we will compile detailed construction drawings for Building Regulation purposes. At this stage we will bring our engineers on board, who will oversee all of your structural design requirements.
Stage 4
If required, ABTO can project manage the works, whilst acting as contract administrators. Regular site meetings will be undertaken,to inspect the works and discuss any concerns that may have arisen.
